Our story
Continuing a beloved fall tradition
Sherman’s Pumpkin Farm has been part of the Manchester community for more than 40 years. Started and lovingly cared for by Dean and Jackie Sherman, the farm became a treasured fall destination for generations of families, school groups, and pumpkin lovers.
After 44 years of dedication, Dean and Jackie passed the farm on their daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Scott Hermanson, who are honored to continue the Sherman’s Pumpkin Farm tradition.
We know this farm holds a special place in the hearts of many people. Our goal is to preserve what families have loved for years while also adding new experiences, events, and opportunities for connection.
Meet the owners
We are Scott and Sarah Hermanson, and we are grateful to continue the tradition of Sherman’s Pumpkin Farm.
For us, this farm is about more than pumpkins. It is about family, community, stewardship, and creating a place where people can slow down and enjoy being together. We believe there is something special about being outside, walking through the patch, riding on a hayrack, watching kids run and laugh, and seeing people connect across generations.
We are excited to welcome returning visitors, new families, school groups, friends, and neighbors to the farm each season.
